Shipping & Delivery
Items will be shipped to the intended hospital via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on the size of the donation being made. When you make a donation, you will not incur any shipping and handling costs on the items being delivered to the hospitals.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Returns: Given that the hospitals themselves are in charge of designating wished for items and item quantity, there is a no return policy.
Refunds: Once you have completed your donation through Help A Hospital, you are then unable to cancel it. Given that orders are viewed as tax-deductible donations, not personal purchases, there is a no refund policy.
Replacements: If a product that arrives at the hospital has a manufacturer defect or has been damaged during shipping, Child Life should contact Help A Hospital at 818.891.8909 between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm PST. Help A Hospital will then work with you to replace the defective or damaged item immediately.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Donations can be made through Help A Hospital using any of the following payment options: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Prices on the Help A Hospital website are designed to reflect price listings for the same items at large retail stores. Individuals will not pay shipping and handling on the donated items. Sales tax for each individual item is calculated based upon the location of the hospital(s) receiving your donation. The grand total reflects the final cost of your In-Kind donation. We are currently working on future promotions.
Viewing Orders
If you choose to create an account with Help A Hospital, you are then provided with the option to view your donation history when logged in. To log into your account, click on “My Account” located on the top of any page. You will then be directly navigated to your Account Dashboard. From there, you can view your donation history by clicking on “My Orders.”
Updating Account Information
When updating account information, first log into your account. Click on “My Account” located at the top of any page. You will then be directed straight to your Account Dashboard. From here, you can choose to click on either “Account Information,” “Address Book,” or “Newsletter Subscriptions.” “Account Information” provides you with the ability to edit your first and/or last name on file, e-mail address, and/or change your log in password. Under “Address Book,” you can edit your default billing address and/or add additional billing addresses that you wish to have stored. By clicking on “Newsletter Subscriptions,” you are afforded the opportunity to opt-in or opt-out of the newsletter by checking or un-checking the appropriate box.
