Child Life is one segment of the pediatric care unit in many hospitals. As the Child Life Specialists work to help the children understand and cope with the various situations they encounter in a variety of ways, Help A Hospital works simultaneously to provide the Specialists with everything necessary to make this incredible task attainable. The method that best helps each child is as unique as the individuals themselves. It is the hope that the Child Life Specialists will have something for every child that comes to them. Whether this alternative form of healing comes through constructing brightly colored craft projects, playing video games, or keeping in touch with friends from home online, we wish to make it all accessible.Here at Help A Hospital we rely on the support of the dedicated individuals within Child Life to create wish lists, the very foundation of our efforts. Their enthusiasm about what we have set out to accomplish makes our endeavor to aid them, and the children in their care, all the more worthwhile.
