Child Life Specialists supply them with the tools they need to cope through play and activities that provide a unique platform for self-expression.

Child Life is at the very heart of our mission. In Child Life there are men and women who work tirelessly to make their playrooms and teen lounges a place where children and their families can take the time to play a game, participate in an engaging activity, or simply relax. It can be an escape even for just a moment from the seriousness of their surroundings and the inherent challenges of hospitalization.
