Tax Receipts

Tax receipts will be generated by the individual hospitals upon receiving their In-Kind Donation. These tax receipts may be in the form of an e-mail or letter by mail as it varies from hospital to hospital. You will need to keep a copy of your HAH Confirmation e-mail as a record of the cost of your In-Kind donation. This combined with your tax receipt for that In-Kind Donation from the corresponding hospital is required for tax purposes.
